November's mid-month reveal

It is such a beautiful time of the year with the leaves falling and the smell of good food being prepared.  A time for thanks and remembering all the good times that we have shared through out this year.  This year is going to come to a close very soon.  I just want to take this time to tell all of the followers of this blog "Thank You"  and "We appreciate that you add your wonderful projects for us to look at and be inspired."  Now let's see what the second half of the team has for you.

Hello to all ... This is a ornament I made inspired by the song "Fresh Feeling" lyrics. Reading the text I thought of two lovers who seek in a cold period of winter but their love even with the frost is full of hearts and joy. I hope you like it!

I really love our rock song inspiration for  the Nov. challenge. As the lyrics mentioned in the song, "Words can't be that strong, my heart is reeling, this is that fresh, that fresh feeling". Getting married is definitely a fresh feeling from our LOVE. That was how this song inspired me for my interpretation of our challenge.

I used Close To My Heart paper for this layout that is inspired by the title "I Need Your Love" because I still need my husbands love after all these years.

The lyrics, ~I need your time~ from our pop song by Ellie Goulding is what inspired this layout. Our two older grandsons are sitting on Pawbo's lap, while he reads Dr. Suess, "The First of Octember!" Good times!! I went with a 5x7 photo for this one because I cherish the memory captured here...

I was inspired by the lyric "love" and immediately thought of our wedding.  These are two of my favorite photos.

November challenges and a time for "Thanks"

November is a time for thanks in the USA and I am not sure if it is the same for the rest of the world. I do know that all of us have so much to be thankful for.  There has been so many attacks throughout the world lately.  It seems that none of us are immune to it.  I am so thankful for my family and friends. So with that being said I am so glad to be part of this great team of talented ladies and also to have made so many acquaintances with so many beautiful creative women all over the world.   Thank you so much for the inspiration that we as a team get from all our followers here at Scrap It With A Song.  So now let's look at the songs for this month.

I spent a lot of time working with my kiddos on conquering their fears and living a full and adventurous life so I loved the lyrics from this along about there being nothing to fear. I used that as the basis for scrapping some final summer memories and fear conquering that we did!

I was inspired by the lyric of the song, I write the chorus in white for a subtle effect on my watercolour and use black for the tittle of the song
